Have you been tasked with growing enrollment, but feel like the goal isn’t feasible? Are you tired of developing and marketing faculty led programs that don’t actually run?  Are you feeling overwhelmed by the number of programs you have to advise on and manage?  You aren’t alone!  These concerns are common within Education Abroad offices and simple solutions exist. Come hear how our team and partners have utilized tools and rubrics like the FLP Feasibility Matrix and Program Portfolio Review to address these challenges and improve their office efficiencies. 

 

Learning Objectives:

  • During the presentation, attendees will see examples of useful rubrics and tools they can use to help audit their program portfolio, assess faculty-led program feasibility, and track conversion rates.
  • During the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from colleagues who have utilized these tools and learn how they have impacted their work.
  • After the presentation, attendees will have a better understanding of resources available to audit their program portfolio, assess faculty-led program feasibility, and determine conversion rates for programs.
