Post Graduate U.S. Immigration Options for Students

Foreign national students studying in the U.S. often want to continue their professional careers in the country. This session will provide an overview of immigration options to foreign scholars, including both nonimmigrant work visa options and an overview of longer term permanent resident (green card) options. This session should be very helpful to those working in ISSS and IEM areas and will serve to provide an overview of immigration options and some ideas for taking points with your foreign scholar population.
