In this interactive session, we will discuss generational characteristics, how this impacts the workplace, and how to effectively work cross-generationally. By learning the similarities and differences between generations, supervisors and employees can learn how to successfully work together. A case study will be used to discuss cross-generational challenges in international education offices.

Learning Objectives:

  • Participants will gain an understanding of the characteristics of each generation.
  • Participants will synthesize information presented to create recommendations for the individuals in the case study.
