Larisa Landry has extensive experience in international and education abroad program management, with expertise in fundraising and collaboration with campus and community partners. She has worked in both international and national settings, including roles at UNESCO and various public and private institutions. Larisa's responsibilities include program design, implementation, assessment, vendor selection, budget preparation, and contract management. She has launched several campus programs, including the French Cultures Festival, to enhance students' intercultural competencies. Her fundraising efforts have secured partnerships with Bank of America, Syensqo, Lonza, and Mitsubishi Chemicals, inspiring the development of a fundraising strategy for education abroad and scholar services for AY 2024-2025. At the University of Texas Administration, Larisa co-chaired the International Employee Committee, building partnerships with the Asia Society Texas Center and other community organizations. In 2014, she managed the ExxonMobil Scholars Program at the Institute of International Education, increasing applications and cutting expenses by 5%. At UNESCO, she worked on the Women in Science program, expanding female researcher quotas by 20% in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
