Katy Lane, PhD

Katy Lane, Ph.D. is the director of the Center for International Business Studies and a Clinical Assistant Faculty at Texas A&M University. She has worked in international education for 15 years, creating new programs and initiatives, providing oversight for outreach and risk management, and leading programs abroad for students. She is currently chairing the NAFSA Region III leadership team and has been a NAFSA mentor, presenter, and reviewer at state, regional, and national conferences. Katy received her B.A. in Mathematics, M.S. in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Sciences, and Ph.D. in Leadership, Education and Communications.
